Dell adds reliabilty guarantee to its printers
Dell have announced a reliability guarantee to cover its range of printers.The new guarantee is an addition to its existing support services and warranty.
It promises that Dell will repair printers for free if they fail and they would refund the purchase price of the printer if it breaks down within 12 months.
Currently this guarantee will only run until 31st December 2011 on the 3, 5 and 7 series of printers and customers must register their purchase with Dell within 30 days of the purchase date.
The EMEA head of imaging sales at Dell, Dave McNally said, “Business continuity is a key concern for SMBs today. Printing is an important consideration in this respect. We strive to deliver the best solutions and will continue to focus on initiatives such as this.”
